Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects. Must have proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Overall project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Budget management and cost control
  • Stakeholder communication and reporting
  • Risk assessment and mitigation
  • Team leadership and resource allocation
Requirements
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering + MBA (preferred)
  • 8-12 years of project management experience
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience managing projects worth ₹50 Cr+
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
